Delete your account
You can delete your Wellness account and data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Wellness and go to the You tab, then the gear icon for Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your profile, username, bio and photo
- Your community posts, photos, connections and group memberships
- Your coach connections and any shared activity summaries
- Your sign-in account
- Activities stored on your device are cleared when you delete from the app
Things to know
- This cannot be undone.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Web memberships can be cancelled from your dashboard before deleting.
Can’t use the app?
Email mt@smiletown.com.au from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm within 30 days.
